Know which marketing actually drives revenue
Traction Insights is a free WordPress plugin that tracks every form submission back to its original traffic source — UTM parameters, Google Ads click IDs, referrer and landing page. Tag each lead as useful or spam, assign a dollar value, and the dashboard shows exactly which campaigns produce real revenue — not just clicks.
What Traction Insights tracks
- 📊 First-touch attribution — UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term; Google Ads click ID (gclid); referring domain; and the original landing page — captured client-side so it works behind Cloudflare APO, WP Rocket and any full-page cache.
- 🏷️ Lead tagging and revenue tracking — Mark each submission as Useful or Spam and assign a dollar value. The dashboard rolls this up by source so you can see cost-per-lead and revenue by campaign.
- 🧪 CRO split-URL testing — Send a share of traffic to an alternative page. A Bayesian engine calculates chance-to-beat and expected loss, declaring a winner on the minimum data needed. Bucketing runs client-side so tests work behind any CDN.
- 📈 Google Ads offline conversion import — When a lead is marked Useful and carries a gclid, Traction Insights uploads it to Google Ads automatically via the API so your campaigns get credited for real revenue, not just form fills.
- 🔒 Privacy-first, no vendor lock-in — All data lives in your own WordPress database. No third-party tracking scripts, no per-lead fees, no monthly SaaS charges. You own everything.
