Laura has built her career at the sharp end of digital marketing, with over a decade of experience spanning SEO, paid media, conversion rate optimisation and UX. She spent 4.5 years at Reprise Digital in London, working across major international clients before moving into brand-side roles as Global E-commerce Marketing Manager at Jimmy Choo and Growth Marketing Manager at SILKE London — bringing a standard of excellence she carries into every client engagement.

At Traction, Laura leads integrated digital strategies that connect SEO, paid channels and user experience into a coherent growth programme. She is equally at home in the technical weeds of an SEO audit as she is presenting a high-level paid media strategy to a board.
