Senior Consultant

An SEO, CRO, and SEM specialist, Titus brings over a decade of digital marketing experience, with a focus on ecommerce growth, conversion rate optimisation, and the evolving role of AI in performance marketing. At Traction Marketing, he helps clients turn strategy into measurable results through smart, data-driven execution. Outside of client work, Titus leads the Christchurch Digital Marketing Meetup, a 150+ strong community of marketers and business owners and runs monthly SEO workshops through the Regional Business Partner Network to help local businesses improve their online visibility. When he’s not optimising websites or scaling ad accounts, you’ll likely find him cruising the streets of Christchurch on his skateboard.

alex

Alexandria Sorensen

Senior Consultant

Alex brings with her over ten years of marketing experience across SaaS, e-commerce, tourism and education, both here in NZ and abroad in the Middle East. Alex describes herself as a storyteller, data nerd and strategist – all things we love here at Traction. She’s admittedly a bit competitive, and loves winning, so it’s no surprise she’s looking forward to helping our Kiwi brands go big globally. In the weekends you’ll find Alex in the mountains, hills or bush chasing a bit of adrenalin in mostly safe ways.

duncan

Turning insights into impact, Duncan brings a sharp, data-driven approach to SEO. With extensive experience in both international and agency environments—including one of the world’s largest marketing firms – he knows how to drive search visibility, increase traffic, and improve rankings using a wide range of SEO tools. A natural problem solver, he takes a client-first approach, building strong relationships and delivering strategies that make a real difference. When he’s not fine-tuning SEO campaigns, you’ll find him training for a half marathon, lifting weights, or exploring nature on the trails.

laura

Laura Morwani

Senior Consultant

With more than ten years in the digital marketing game, Laura’s worked across SEO, paid media, CRO, and UX – basically, if it drives performance, she’s done it. Her client list reads like a who’s who of global brands, including Canada Goose, LEGO, Quorn, Jimmy Choo, and SILKE London. She combines sharp analysis with creative flair to help brands grow in all the right ways.

Having worked in Spain, the UK, and now New Zealand, Laura’s as comfortable navigating international markets as she is a new hiking trail. A firm believer in balance, she swaps spreadsheets for strength training and Pilates classes whenever she can.
