Market research and strategy day to consolidate their multiple brands
Lumen is an engineering consultancy, specialising in energy, that operates throughout the APAC region. In recent times it has conducted a lot of M&A activity and arrived at a point where it needed to consolidate its business. We initially conducted in-depth interview research across a variety of stakeholders in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific. This was to provide a framework for decision-making relating to market entry and the establishment of a new brand before delivering a strategy day for their board and senior executives.
